Captain Burn's / Ryst - Dupeyron, SCO & F

A full and sweet nose giving hints of toffee. A spicy undertone with also a hint of mint.
The palate is rounded and smooth. Matured in Bourbon wood, it truly gives a malty delicacy. Well balanced with peat, vanilla, toffee, heather and fruit.
Long and smooth finish with late spiciness.

Matured in a refill hogshead. Fresh on the nose with vanilla, honey and barley sugar. The palate opens with a gristy sweet character, honey and spices – all replicated in the finish along with an orange pith.
